Hi, I want to clean and grease all the links in the svingarm bearings. The long shaft/ under the svingarm is secure by a 8 Mm Allen Bolt. The Shaft will not move out in either direction. Is there a Way to get it out ?
    Thanks

Start soaking with penetrant. Soak often. Apply heat. Get a good drift that is smaller than the shaft and apply some force. Donate to a charity. Save an injured bird.

It's a thru shaft, either way it wants to go. Just be sure you don't damage the end you are "helping" thru and flare it out, scraping/galling as it goes.

You have COMPLETELY removed the bolt, right? The shaft is grooved where the bolt goes thru.

how many miles/kms on the bike ?? few-to-none here have done it on the arm, but shock link bearings might need inspection/lube at about 40,000 miles.

74000 km, the other links in the rear was not too dry, but the rear Shock upper bushing/Collar Is sloppy - solved it with to very thin stripes of stainless sheets.
    Thanks for the manual RC24DK

To remove a stuck swingarm shaft, ensure all securing bolts are fully removed and apply penetrating oil to loosen any corrosion. Use a rubber mallet or drift to gently tap the shaft, alternating sides. If needed, apply heat to the pivot area to expand the surrounding metal. A puller tool or threaded rod can also be used to extract the shaft. Once removed, clean and inspect the shaft and Precision bearings for wear or corrosion, and grease thoroughly before reassembly to prevent future seizing.
