    Have not posted here in a while. Update time.

    Sold my VFR almost 5 years ago, after owning it most of it's life and 80,000 miles.
    Wanted less weight and more power, got a 2014 Ducati Monster 1200.
    More power! :eek::D

    If you have heard they are expensive to maintain, you heard right. Great bike, glad I finally got a Monster after 20 years of wanting one. But it was time to move on after 25,000 miles on it.

    Last week traded it in for a 2022 Suzuki SV650, brand new. Liking it so far, but not quite to 200 miles on the clock yet. Less power for sure, also shorter wheelbase and handles even better. At least at my old guy speeds. Time will tell, but so far it could be a keeper. OK, pretty much everything I like is a keeper.

    Ride safe out there. :Yo:

    Nice bike....enjoy your new ride. 20210403_130948.jpg I still have my 93 vfr750. Love that pearl white vfr. I will never give it up. Fortunately I also have a 05 sv1000. love that torque. The bikes are so different. The vtwin is such a fun engine. That being said I also enjoy the vfr. Still great engine and exhaust note. Just better at high speeds

    Every bike I have ever owned has had a dead sticker. Its just good karma. Unfortunately I no longer have the old 90 zephyr 550. But I did replace it with a 04 Ninja 250. Its like a 3/4 size motorcycle. Still its a blast to ride.. You just have to wait for the speed. But it revs to 14K. Todays generation doesn't know what "steal your face" means. Oh well I'm old and dated too. "touch of gray" LOL
