Sunday Ride 1/14/07

Ok Boys and girls get out your good jackets and gloves and lets go for a ride tomorrow...Whos in? Reg71 and I are in if weather holds....Central Coast - San Luis obispo / Atascadero Area

 

I can't be there in person, since I'm on the other side of the country, but I will be there in spirit. We have a 100 mile twisty adventure planned ourselves.

Sorry I can't make it tomorrow, but I'll be there in spirit. Swing through Huero-Huero and Creston for me and have burger. I have Thursday and Fridays off. So maybe we can meet over there for a ride this spring, or you guys make a run over here. Have be safe!!!

Yah sorry, just WAY too cold today.

Was driving 41/46 last night coming back from Sac and saw low teens on the outside temp... Just not my idea of fun.

Bad enough I'm going to freeze my cho-cho's off riding to work tomorrow.

 

You guys are all lucky...it's cold here near Toronto, and I can here the freezing rain start to fall as I type. Supposed to be quite the winter storm coming our way.

Here's hoping you all enjoy the January riding for both yourselves and for those of us unable to!

 

I can tell ya with first hand experience that storm will bring it, All of us northern folk have been living through Reg and BRIAN for about two months now, if they can keep us going till March, we should be O.K. ray:

 

Well it was a bit nippy but made my way to Reggies house about 1:00 and got him out. we did a nice run today to the beach in Cambria with no issues here is a few pics:

Mirror? so Reg needs a left one, are these the mirrors off a 2000? condom less? LOL, I need a right side Y2k style, would like one thats better than my current one, seems moisture got behind the mirror and has damage the reflecting part making it foggy, drives me nutz, good thing I don't look behind me to much.

 

Hello, I had to work a 16 hr. shift yesterday, so I could'nt get to the site. You guys are killing me with the photos. I really like the being able to go home, thanks. Back in 1983 my buddy and I were chasing each other up the road in exactly that spot, when I put in the creek! My 1982 GPZ and I were a little better that day. Russ was riding a 1983/84 Suzuki GS550ES. He was okay, we just had a hard time getting his bike out! Thanks again for bring back good memories of my youth on the coast.

 

After I saw what Reggie was doing in that creek I made sure I wasnt going in...

 

It will be nice when I can get over there to meet you guys, and ride the old haunts. Maybe sometime later in the year. It'll be fun.
