    Brother and Sister Vfr's;
    I have a 2000 vfr, I would like to hear from anyone who has purchased an aftermarket rear shock. I am kinda in the middle on this modification, I am not looking to break the bank but non the less want a good shock at a reasonable price. So if anyone has done this mod. and after doing it said this was really worth it, I would like to hear from them. Also who out there has modified their air box and felt any improvement? I am not looking to get real tricky hear , but will certainly entertain any reasonable ideas. tks eddie

    I bought a Penske although its pricey was well worth it. Some viffer guys have modified a 929 shock and found it to work out ok. Also there are other lower priced shocks on the aftermarket that should be good too. It depends what your after. (Wibers,Fox,Elka,Works Suspension..) -- Anything is an improvement over the 5th gen stock!
