Starter problem with 91 vfr

    hey all, my 91 vfr is having starting issues. for the past two days i noticed the irregular start up. when i had to go to work, my vfr won't start. the batteries seem ok since the guage and headlights were on. but it was struggling to start. any ideas?

    The starter needs alot more juice that the gauges and lights. Check your connections and have the battery tested. If the battery is good then you likely have a charging problem which is very common to all VFR's prior to the 6th Gen (2002+) Do you have a voltometer??

    Does it make an odd noise while cranking or trying to crank or is it lack of cranking all together?
