    Hey guys,

When I adjusted my valves, my service manual told me to take off the clutch slave cylinder (I'm still not sure why!). Anyway, I put it back on with a new gasket, and now the clutch lever has some extra play and it feels really light.

I had it off once before and I put it back on with just some gasket maker stuff, since I didn't have a new gasket, and the clutch lever seemed just fine!

So, any ideas what I did wrong? Should I just try and bleed the clutch line?

    Thanks!

try bleeding first as that is the cheapest. it's probably just some air. if you do have to rebuild it, the kits are really cheap on ebay, though. I did mine for less than $20 incl shipping.
