check the cable and speedo drive by removing cable fitting at gauge, then spin front wheel to see that the inner cable is turning. if the cable is ok, then the gauge must be bad.

Ok so I had a look at it.
First on the top I have like red powder, where this is come from?
Second, I think the fixation on the wheel is broken right?
I tried to see if it was turning, forward it doesn't turn but it does backward what should I do?

Does the part in the middle turn with the wheel?

I couldn't really see that because I don't have the stand anymore, I ordered these parts:

I hope I can fix it from the wheel

Just an FYI, from my experience on older cable driven Hondas, the drive may be OK but the cable has at one point seized and broken not far up the cable. It could have seized and maybe damaged the drive, but you have those new parts coming.... check the cable......

It took my ages but here we are!
The part was broken so now I need to change the bearing as well.
