Source for the cooling system hose clips?

Continuing the clean up of my 5th gen. All of the radiator hose clips are rusted sound the bolt. Thet are thinner than standard hose clips at about 8mm and need to tighten down to around 35 mm.

Can anybody assist me with a source for these plus a good source for replacement fasteners in general.

Thanks in advance. Am painting the radiators at the moment and will be doing the oil cooler and many other bits. All the plastics are being professionally sprayed. Will post pics once finished.
