Pending final approval and all that, I successfully traded in my 06 VFR for a (I hope you car guys know what this thing is) Mazda MAZDASPEED3 in silver. Damn what a car! Anyway, I sold it for many reasons, one being that I had no real transportation other then the bike, and it seems that it is out of commission really often (like a punctured rear tire TWICE), and sometimes I just can't ride it safely (like when I have a head cold, and can't balance as well), and with me starting a new job, I might need some storage and space. So, on a whim, I visited the Mazda dealer, thinking of just buying it in a few months, but naturally they found a way to make a deal. The crazy thing is, I didn't have a job (though I am starting a nice new high paying job on Friday), and I had zero down. Oh, and they bought bike I was upside down on and now I'm clear of that nightmare. Wow. I'll get another bike in a few months, but I'm paying CASH or at least mostly cash, so I can always sell it and make money or at least break even next time. Sucks when you buy something and KNOW you can't get out of it. Anyway, its been real cool hanging out over here, helping the masses. Oh, and as far as the car goes, if you guys want a nice daily driver, these MAZDASPEED3's rock the house! 263HP and 280ft-lbs/tq, turbocharged hatchback w/ 18's and tight suspension and a limited slip differential. 0-60 in 5.6-5.8ish, and 1/4 mile equal to an STI. Oh, and its 23 grand. Take care guys, and I'll hollar back if I pick up another VFR. I'm thinking about picking up a gen5 maybe later. CYA!
