I had a chance to begin tearing into my $400 VFR yesterday. I went ahead and changed the plugs/wires, fluids and brakes. One of the fork seals is dumping oil, I'll probably take it to the shop for that. I may get around to welding the shock mount in the next week or so, and should have it back on the road soon. I have to admit the packaging of the V4 is a bit of an engineering marvel. I'm amazed at how much plastic has to come off that bike to get anything done on it though. Anyone that says Japanese bikes are easier to work on than Euro-trash doesn't know what they're talking about!

BTW, if anyone has some of these items for sell, PM me please.
    1995 VFR:
    front brake lever
    LH footpeg
    Windscreen (stock or aftermarket)

    Thanks!
