My son sent me this link.

If this bit of slow motion doesn't stir your heart and soul, sell you bike and give up riding!

That's awesome. I love slow mo stuff like that where you get to see tire deflection, the chain slapping around, and the whole bike flexing under the stresses of cornering.

The comments are so right. A 2012 slow-mo video without the king of slow-mo footage, Casey Stoner? Shame on you Dorna....

He's off racing V8's, that is why perhaps :D

And the lack of complaining and whining has been quite refreshing. MM, his replacement, is just going about his job and riding. He's not complaining about the fans, the series, the tires, the bike, the ozone layer, etc.

Thanks for the killer videos.I love watching them slide through the corners inslow motion.
What gets me is how do you get burned out racing the best motorcycles on earth and getting paid a fortune to do so. They would have to force me to retire. Either from old age or i just couldnt get on the bike anymore.

When one is as good as Stoner, he can whine 'n bitch all he wants, and they should heed. Casey takes no prisoners.

    Or radiation...

I've been a big fan of Marquez since he was young. Interested to see if he's going to be the next prodigal son like everyone expects him to be.

What did he have left to prove? He is rich, has a bangin ass wife, and won championships on 2 bikes at the top level. Now he's getting paid a fortune to race something a little safer and might prolong him being crippled before 40. Plus, he just wanted to go back home. He'd been racing full time in Spain/Europe since he was 14...

You make a good point porkchop. The traveling would get old im sure. But i still couldnt see how riding the best bikes in the world could. I like haydens attitude. He is still having the time of his life win or lose. Sure am looking forward to the season getting started. Especially since they moved wsbk to some crazy soccer networkinstead of speed channel.
