    Hi Guys
Could some one tell me if i have to keep the little silver clip that is inside the brake master cylinder window on my 2001 vfr Non Vtek I was changing the brake fluid and there was quite a bit of residue covering the inside window, and while I was cleaning it out the clip popped out and I cant get it back in. The window itself still seems to be secure. Any help would be great Scotti

i don't think it does anything except make it easier to see the fluid level thru the window, so throw it in your tool box or spares bin and ride on.

That seems to be the answer from a couple of forums as well.
    Thanks
