    Nice video:cool:.

The forward view reflection in the tinted visor was very effective. I take it they gave you a go pro and a heap of ram mounts to play with for the track day. I must say in Europe BMW and a few other makes are starting to host exclusive track days at much reduced prices as a way to get more buyers.

Even if it was not a VFR it looks like you enjoyed yourself:smileyfb:.

The go pro cams are mine as well as the ram mounts.
The video was a collection of all the angles I could do that day with 2 cams.
It was a fun day and I will be going to the track more often.

Getting to the track was one of the best choices i've made. Its a ton of fun, and has encouraged me to tone down my street riding. My thought process has become, "I don't have to hit this corner hard, i'll be at the track next week and get to hit hundreds of corners hard".

I am far from an expert, but one of the tips I received that helped me a lot in being smooth is getting off the seat sooner. In some of your turns in the video, you waited until almost the point of turn in to move your hips. This can unsettle the chassis (unless you are very smooth, in which case go for it!). I try to get off the bike during straight line braking, prior to turn in.

I haven't worked up the courage to track my VFR yet. I would love to see what it could really do (and be able to brag about dragging knee on an "old man's bike" to the diva's in my office). But I couldn't live with myself if something happened to the VFR at the track. I am at peace with balling up the Ninja. I love my VFR more than that.

PS, per the picture, my left hand turns still need work. A torn meniscus in my left knee makes proper body position very difficult. But hopefully that will be cured next year!
