I recently acquired an OEM seat hump with the padding section, they’re in good condition and following squirrelmans suggestions I’d like to get this scanned and 3D printed with a view to selling others at no profit to other members with these bikes

Anyone know of a reliable company in the UK who can do this?

If you’re interested in buying one put it in a post below

For things like fuse box covers and maybe some incidental fill-in panels, it's great.

But to get a scan, create the model from the data, get it cleaned up and refined, printed, adjusted and refined again, re printed AND THEN prepped for paint... Which means filler and blocking. You'd be surprised how far off you are.

They do not come out of the printer ready for primer and paint. Not even close.

All that work should be used to then create a mold.
