Scrapped Cali smog crap carb question

    I have an 1986 vfr 700 that had all the Cali emissions crap on it. I took it off and I'm not sure I plugged the correct holes on the carb. What needs to be plugged and what needs to breathe? It ran before but now I think it is flooding and running rich.
