There are toll free numbers you can call to confirm. The entire schedule for the weekend is online.

Couple of things about these big events. The "suggested" things on the official websites, ie hotels, food joints ect., are paid for ads. A hotel or motel room even 30-40 miles from the track is going to be both more available on Memorial Day weekend and fewer Loonies.

Another source of info on these big events is The Honda Riders Club. Been to a couple of WSB races at Laguna Seca riding in from the Seattle area. Good info, bike parking in a closed off and monitored area adjacent to the track, a check in for your stuff, tow services and at least at Laguna Honda had free water to drink. I have not been to Miller so the specifics are not really known. Keep on em, best not to have any surprises, it takes away from the enjoyment.

Looks like your ride from Calgary to Salt Lake City is maybe a two day or more ride. If you are riding the slabs and in search of pit stops in the US, pick out a town and on a map try to figure out where the "old road" was. There will be hotels and motels there in most towns and the rates are much less than the handy dandy places near the slab. Cash talks.
