    I just wanted to give a quick thumbs up to the customer service At Sandhills. I ordered some tools from them a couple weeks ago and when the package arrived I discovered that there was only one of a piece I had ordered and paid for two of. Must admit this annoyed me a bit. Called the next morning and got their automated voice system, which really annoyed me further, but left all the info about the order and what my issue was. Well, about 30 minutes I found there was a voice message from Steve at Sandhills saying there was an over sight in the packing and that they would take care of it immediately, got an e-mail later that day with the tracking info for the part which arrived at my house a few days later.
    I was quite pleased that I didn't have to call and raise a stink about not getting my parts.

    Cool, I ordered my sargent seat from them and they were pretty fast in delivering it. They have the best prices I've seen.

    Yep....just ordered a Sargent from them....took over a week to ship, however, I was just assuming that they had to ordered it from Sargent. They responded right away when I e-mailed them for a status.
