Just installed my seat kit from Saddlemen. I got the touring foam with the suede like cover. Very pleased in the look, quality, and fit. The jury is still out on comfort since its pissing down outside and therefore haven't ridden on it yet. However, it feels much better than stock even when sitting on it in the garage.

The kit cost me 173 bucks, a can of 3m general adhesive spray glue cost me around 10, and the local upolstery shop charged me 21 to put the cover on. I stripped the old cover and pad off myself and glued the new pad to the seat pan, but my electric stapler didn't have enough punch to get the staples in adequately thru the seat cover and into the pan.

I think this is a good seat option to consider. Its half the price of a new seargeant.
