Mounted my saddlebags today. The straps didn't work very well on the rack I built last year, so I built frames to attatch the bags to and bolted the frames to my rack.

They are rapid transit bags and a tailbag. Here they are all finished, and only 1 strap. The frames are held on by 4 bolts each, takes about 10 mins to remove/install them.
