sad to say but things happen

as most of you know i just had a new motor put into my VF500F (1985 bike with 1986 motor and 1985 carbs.) Better motor with better carbs because the 86 had bigger rockers and cams but the carbs were smaller and the 85 carbs on the 86 motor make it a champ. I also have the FULL dale walker holeshot 2 into 1 exhaust. sounds beyond sweet. absolutely amazing.

now the sad part. I am struggling extremely bad with money. things with the family have happened and its just a bad time right now and i am having to sell a lot of my toys and items... i just sold my truck my rims my stereo system etc... and now my bike is going up for sale.

if anyone is interested in helping me out i am going to sell the bike for 1500 if at all possible. PRICE IS EXTREMELY NEGOTIABLE. and the exhaust is up for debate on being sold seperately. i went through a lot with this bike and most members know this!!!

pm me or just post here on the thread. thanx guys this is a great community and i'm glad to be a part of it and will stay with it for i have love for VF and VFR.

Sorry to hear brother.

If at all possible I recommend eating neighborhood cats to keep the bike.

Went thru a divore in my mid-20's. I thank God I could keep my Kawasaki 440. At first it wasn't easy but that bike was my only entertainment and escape from the BS. As the year went by thigs got better and the bike was not a hinderance money wise.

Been there done that my man, but a few years later I was able to get a new one RWB 07be patient and keep your head up it will work out and before you know it you will be riding again!! Have you ever read Dave Ramseys finacial peace?? check it out maybe it could guide you in a positive direction and clear things up for you faster.. Good luck..
