Hey, The other day while riding the bike started running rough, the revs fluctuate between ~800-1200rpm on idle. It seemed to happen suddenly. I've had the bike for about 4 months and nothing like this has happened, just all of a sudden it starts running shit. Although it didn't seem to cause much of a problem riding, I could feel it jolt/misfire while accelerating. So I thought I'd change the plugs to see if that fixes it. I fired it up again yesterday and it was still running badly. This time the FI light flashed on and off in 1-2 sec increments, I'm not sure if this means there's an FI problem or it was just coming on prematurely each time the revs dropped. The bike is a '99 VFR with about 65000km on the clock and has a PC2. The previous owner said he used injector cleaner every 6 months or so, I poor some in next time I fill up, but I doubt that will fix it.
One more thing, while replacing the plugs, I pulled out #2 lead and the wire came loose from the rubber insulator (the bit that actually goes down the shaft). I though this might have caused the roughness, so I was gonna get a replacement but the dude at the bike shop said it is common for the wire to come loose, you just gotta screw it back in and it will work, so I did that and rigged it back up.
I've gone over a few threads here about FI problems but haven't found anything relevant.

    Got any suggestions?

The FI light will come on during riding with rpms at 5k or above (while holding it there). You have store codes and need to look at them.

Any chance you lost a vacuum line? Mine came off from the under the tank and I had a rough idle until I found it,after replacing everything of course.
Start with the simple stuff first.

Take it to the dealer and have them pull the FI codes.
