On my l last ride, the guy riding behind me said my bike is running really rich, based on the fact that he was getting woozy from the strong exhaust smell. I don't have a PowerCommander and the only thing different about it is that I took off the snorkel and flapper. I do have a Delkevic header and a Two Brothers Racing slip-on. I'm approaching 72,000 miles and I've noticed my average mileage is dropping, but I'm guessing in the cause of that. Perhaps I have a dirty injector or two that may be squirting, rather than atomizing, but that's just a wild ass guess, or he's not used to being behind a catless bike.

    Any other wild ass guesses?

ETA: I have no indications of a bad thermometer, as it runs at normal temps or above, especially when ridden hard, then drops down after. It responds to the fan, unless it's hot out, then it takes longer. On the freeway I run between 175° -209° depending on ambient temp and length of the ride without cars in front.

Pin it a forget about it, lifting the wheel with way you ride, I think it's fine with the mileage on the odometer and I personally never smelt anyting, but then again you didn't hang around much ---- thinkin to much-- relax and ride the piss out of it as usual, carry on Erving
