Ruff shifts from 1st to 2nd

    Hello Everyone and thanks in advance for your help.My ? is do any of you others have ruff shifts for 1st to 2nd? I'm having notchy shifts unless I blip the throttle and then shift, and from a dead stop going into 1st the bike shifts hard kind of jumps it does not move forward it just seems to not fall in gear quite and smooth.Hope to hear back.Bike has 6,000 miles

    How old is the oil and/or what kind of oil? I've noticed that this is the way my bike tells me it would like new oil.

    oil is brand new mobil 1 10-40t , Now from 1st to 2nd if I'm getting off hard from a light in the higher rmp range it don't miss a beat?

    more torque lets the clutch break loose. sounds like warped metal disks in the clutch basket to me. Have someone local ride it, maybe a dealer mechanic and get a second opinion.
