Riding on Mulholland in Los Angeles- picture guy?

I live in the Los Angeles area and every now and then ride Mulholland, and when I was out yesterday I was wondering- who is the guy snapping pictures just up the road from the Rock Store? He is perched on a corner with what appears to be professional camera equipment in hand and I have seen him there numerous times. Is he in the publication business or does he shoot pictures and offer them for sale to the riders he has captured on film? Just thought it would make a cool gift for the friends I rode with to send them pics for b-days, holidays, so on and so forth.

If anyone has any ideas, let me know. Thanks!

I'm guessing it is this guy. http://fotos.tlamantini.com/ He has a website with a schedule of when/where he will be shooting...........if you can afford his prices.

 

Interesting Business Model. I wonder how much money this guy actaully makes!
