    Hi All,

Just dropping by to say a big "Hello" to everyone. After taking a nine year hiatus from riding (you know the old family commitment excuse), I am happy to annouce that I am a proud owner of a nicely used 03 VFR800 with ABS with low mileage. The decision to purchase the VFR as my returning ride was aided by all the information provided by you VFRers, and not to forget, the other gear heads alike. I plan to do a lot more touring this time around and I think this is the best all-rounder to do it in. Ride safe everyone!

Thanks for the welcomes. I am from the big smoke, good o' Toronto. The bike has around 18k and currently stock. I have been lurking the forums on the under 5k throttle issue which I have been experiencing. Since then, I have now ordered a PCIII and will do the resister install on the O2 sensors. Also, just joined the group buy for the Heli Bars :D. I think this summer, for me, is to get more seat time on the VFR and build up my cornering confidence again. Boy nine years is a long time. A few friends from out West are also returning riders (we just can't stay away), we plan a get together for us returning riders next year. That, I am looking forward to.

    Cheers
