Retro-Fitting Passenger Hangers

    So my 2004 VFR800 came with no passenger hangers/pegs and I'm having trouble finding a used set.

    Does anyone know if they are interchangable with any other bike's passenger hangers?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!:smile:

    Damn, Honda lists replacement grab rails at $97 dollars (US)!!! Yikes! I am surmising a guess here, but I would have to say that they would not be interchangeable with the grab rails from other gen VFRs. I checked Fleabay, but only saw some for a 5th gen. Me sorry.... :pout:

    Trickygirl,

    I may be able to help you out with a set of grab rails. I am in the middle of negotiations on two bikes with two local dealers which I will hopefully have sewn up by the weekend. One of the bikes has grab rails, if that one follows me home I will be removing them and will let them go at a very decent price.

    I will check back on this thread, and let you know if that one works out. The bike is a 2006 so I believe they will work.
