Reputable Motorcycle Mechanic / Shop

I have a 2000 Honda VFR, no issues so far, however, I was looking for a reputable mechanic / motorcycle shop in the toronto GTA area (Aurora, Newmarket, Barrie area as well).

I have called two separate Honda dealers with questions about my bike and the responses I got did not leave with a warm and fuzzy feeling that they really knew the bike. Now in all fairness, they can't be expected to know every single generation.

My preference is to deal with a reputable independant shop that I can use for both repairs and advice. Does anyone have a recommendation that they could pass on?
