I want to replace the mirrors on my 1987 VFR700.

Can I use Y2K mirrors on this bike?

If not, can someone share their knowledge on replacement
    mirrors for this bike.

After market, or other brands are fine. In fact, a mirror that is wider would be preferred, as the factory mirrors are too narrow in my opinion. I usually see myself whenever I look in the mirrors.

Any information and/or info on replacements and sources for finding them would be appreciated. :yield:

Dunno whether you can get them over your side of the water, but apparently mirrors from Peugeot Speedfight scooters fit onto the 700/750's.

The guys over here say that they stick out a little wider, but the payoff is that you can see past your shoulders with 'em. And they're pretty cheap, too.

Found Peugeot Speedfight mirrors on ebay...

Thanks Neil. I found them on ebay.
I think I'll order them and give 'em a try.

I appreciate the advice, and having a wider mirror will
    provide a extra bonus.
