    I have a '99 5th gen
Last year I rebuilt the rear brake caliper, added a speed bleeder and swapped in new SS brake lines.
After flushing the brake fluid the front RH caliper started leaking so I guess that is next on the todo list :/

My question, is it possible to buy SS front brake lines separately ?

I know Galfer, Goodridge, etc. sell complete kits but at this point I only need to replace the front lines and hoping to save a few $$$ over the full kit.

Goodrich sells individual lines at different lengths. I'm sure others do as well. Sometimes I just eBay search what length I need and start from there too.

I put a Galfer kit on last year, I believe 11 lines total.... give the seller a call and see if they'll delete the rears? Buy the kit and sell the rear ones?
The tricky one is the short one on the left side for the SMC. Be sure to use the banjo bolts supplied as they properly line up with the passages for fluid flow.

Galfer has always done one-offs for me. I had them make an extended top front brake line for my FJR, no big deal.
Their tech guys are the best.

This is good to hear. I just bought the 11 line set for my 98. This topic is timely for me.

I am rebuilding the both the clutch and front brake master cylinders. I had some corrosion and pitting in the clutch slave so I bit the bullet and bought the complete slave cylinder.

I decided on the Galfer, kit which I haven't installed yet.
I might reuse the metal lines that crossover the front fender.

The galfer lines are installed. I also rebuilt the front calipers using a brakecrafters kit.
A line wrench is definitely recommended for the compression fittings that attach the brake hose (D & F in the galfer kit) to the hard line running to the proportioning valve.
The c-clips included work well for the brakes hoses but are not the best for securing the compression fittings. The original fittings attach to the frame via 55mm bolts, I swapped these with 25mm bolts for the galfer c-clips.
I haven't finished bleeding the system, I need to lift the tank to access the proportioning valve bleeder.
