Anyone have any recommendations for replacement springs for a third gen? I believe mine still has the originals...
I'm looking at progressive rate springs, but unsure as how to pick the best weight category...
    Thoughts? Brands? Tips?
    Many thanks.

I put the Race Tech 1.0 kg spring in my 93 VFR, their much better than the stock springs. My wife and I ride two-up alot, with a full set of Givi luggage, and they really help us.

And you don't find the 1.0's too stiff "one up" on regular road bumps?

Go to the race tech site or call them. They will tell you what spring to purchase for your weight.

Yea, I actually think their bit to stiff when I ride alone. I'm think about lowering the oil some or lighter oil, I went with 7.5 weight.
