   I have an '04 VFR with 16,000 mi. Looks like time to replace chain. I've read other threads on the subject, and think I'll go with replacing both chain and sprockets. Any recommendations on brand? Where to buy? How do dealerships feel about doing the labor if you don't buy the parts from them? Thanks.

   My experience says dealers charge a premium if you don't get parts from them, but it depends on if they are busy. Just stop by and ask... or call. Good luck
