i am the original owner of an 84 vfr and would like to know if there are any aftermkt suspension parts for this bike and if anyone know's where to get racing parts and plastic's from if they are still available thanks joe

hey jamie , your name has already been put forward and i have bookmarked your site and will be contacting u about front and rear suspension upgrades . i am still trying to source a replacement exhaust system and failing that am prepared to weld up my own this vfr site as been an excellent source of information on my bike and am glad i found it
