Do you guys normally reuse those? I just did a chain/sprockets remove and replace. Everything went well except one of the rear sprocket nuts. I put it back on finger tight, then dialed my torque wrench to 47 ftlbs. Before I put any real torque on that one nut, it just start spinning like it's stripped. Fine, let's take it off and get another one. Going lefty loosy doesn't do anything. It won't back off the stud. It just keeps spinning. Does anyone have any tricks for removing that nut? I couldn't wedge anything between the nut and the sprocket to get some friction on the threads. I'm worried I'd damage the new sprocket if I hit the nut with a cutoff wheel. P.S. I just saw the the note in the manual about the chamfered side of the washer being installed against the sprocket and not the nut. Just FYI for anyone working on this.
