rear seat cowl attachment

Good afternoon gentlemen

I have a rear seat cowl for my '94 that has broken tabs on the back, it primarily stays on only the back of it lifts a bit after riding. I have seen pics of a few cowls that have an additonal attachement on top at the back of the cowl, So obvioiusly I am not the only one with this issues. Question is... hopw are ya'll goinmg about attachingin the back? what hardware works best? would love to get my cowl secured.
