got a new rear tire for my bike i says this is a good time to check the rear pads with the wheel off. pads look ok put them them back on put the wheel on took bike for a test drive i notice the caliper is hot the disc is hot for not even braking. when i took off the lug nuts i had my wife hold the rear brake . and i noticed the brake pads are not flush on the disc whats going on thanks all
