    Hey Guys,
Is anyone aware of an aftermarket rear axle cap. On mine it's a gray small plastic cap that snaps into the rear hub. Looks as if it keeps crud out of the hub.
    Thanks.

I don't have a picture of mine readily available, but I went to Lowe's and bought a chrome sink hole plug. I just had to spread the tabs out a little bit and it stuck in there real nice. It looks pretty good too if I do say so myself. It's been on there for 2 years and over 10,000 mi. Bonus, it's a pretty cheap fix.

    Good thinking seadoo.
By the way, mine is gray, but I wonder if there is a black one available for other VFR models. I think the black cap would go well with the black rims.
If anyone is aware, let me know ............ Thanks.
Before someone suggest it....I already tried spray painting it black with Krylon Plastic Paint and it did NOT work. I've had great success with Krylon Plastic Spray paint in the past, but when I tried to spray the gray cap, it just bubbled up.....looks as if you poured oil in water.
