    Good day;

    I have purchased the kit to re-key my panniers; however, having disassembled one of the locks, I cannot determine how to get to the cylinder to replace the lock components.

    I am hopeful that someone brighter than myself can shed some light on the process!!

    Thank you very much for your help.

    Matt.

    Powersports Honda have installation instructions. You may have to look under the vfr 800 if there is nothing under the 1200

    What is the part number for the Honda kit to re-key the panniers?

    I have the old and the new key currently, and was going to take it apart without the kit, but it would be sheer luck if the existing lock had the correct tumblers to fit the key.
