Hi guys, I have a Honda VFR gen 6 from 2004 that I've owned since last year.

I replaced the camchain-tensioners pretty much first thing I did as it has 46k miles on The clock.

Things is, I'm a bit worried about this noise from the right side of the engine. To my ear it sounds like the chain is rattling quite a lot. I'm thinking this could be normal(ish) since the tensioners are working of the oil pressure rather than a springloaded tensioner but I'm still not convinced all is ok. I'm 50/50 that this is only my mind playing tricks on me but I would really appreciate any advice you guys could provide for me.

I can hear it from both the front and rear cylinders wich points me away from a failing chain as one banks should be more noisy.

What do you guys think? Thanks in advance!

    Very nice looking 04.
Sounds fine to me! Maybe you're just hearing a bit of clutch rattle, lower RH side.
