I was reading a post where someone raised their stock clip-ons about 15mm, wow that's a little over half an inch. Anyone here done this with favorable results? What were the procedures for this modification? Pros n cons? Thanks, Robert.

I did this first before I bought Heli bars. When you raise them like this they no longer have the pins in the notch in the top bridge. Be sure they are square and don't hit the tank or faring. I road like this for quite a long time. Went to Heli bars later and liked them better. Helis don't have a pin .

Installed set of Genmar 3/4" risers and a Sargent saddle on the 07 RWB...very comfy. AT 70mph the wind makes it close to neutral sitting position.
