so i looked over the things i could find on the forum and didnt find anything so im crossing my fingers that someone has an idea of what is going on and that im not posting something for the 10000000 time..

so on my 1987 vfr 700 everything seems to be running well except for the radiator fan. the other day i was riding and it was hot.. but mind you this is Minnesota its not THAT hot. and the fan kicked on as it should i ran into the bank so instead of leaving the fan run i locked my forks and left it there to cool and if it was hott when i cam back i was gonna give it some time to chill out.. this is the last time i can recall the fan working correctly. now it is stuck on. its down in the 40-50F range outside and i will start up my bike and just turning the electrical not even the engine on the fan starts up.. and this has happened every time i turn it on and runs the entire time i ride as far as i can tell

is it possible that my temp switch is broke thinking its hot?
