I'm going to purchase 'another' left side radiator for the '07. I'm pretty sure I got the 19010-MCW-D01 last time.

What is the difference between 19010-MCW-D01 and 19010-MCW-K41?

the last three digits of a honda part code are the classification numbers and can indicate an improvement in the part or a change of supplier. So basically that is the same part, could be improved, or it's just coming from a different supplier than the D01. If it has been improved, exactly what has changed cannot be determined from the part number.

Taking that into consideration, which part would you purchase? One is considerably lower priced.

Could it be that in 07 that they came in two different colors? Yours are silver and mine are black.

could very well be, if 2007 is the only year with different classification numbers for the r and l rads and that is the only year of that color of rad for the 6g.
