Race tech 95s on a 2000 vfr

    so i am trying to install my race tech front spring on my bike and they are way shorter than factory. do i need to make longer spacers or is there just going to be space there now?

    It depends on what you are trying to do. The spacer length and the setting of the preload adjuster screw can be used to set and fine tune your "ride height" or the amount of "sag" for your suspension which is usually determined by your weight and the spring stiffness rate.

    But you definitely will need enough spacer length to eliminate any free space--you don't want the spring to ever be unloaded through out the entire range of motion.
