    Here's the deal.

R3 is coming but May is officially booked for me with dates I cannot shift.

I'm putting it to a vote...

I could probably do end of Apr but it's pretty cold at night but most likely nice in the day but possible rain.

May is all booked up for me. Nothing I can shift.

June is open but pushes our Northern friend out and he's a big part of my setup/takedown crew so I'd prefer to have him.

July is open, but I don't know how it is for everyone. It's really nice here in July but gets warm in the day.

    Here's what I want:

If you have attended, vote for when you want to do it. If you haven't attended you can vote, but the votes will be weighted for the vets because I can be reasonbly certain they'll come. I have shifted dates in the past for people who still didn't show.

If I change it to a date that you can't attend, it's nothing personal so don't get your panties in a bunch. You can watch the live feed and cry in your beer.

I am coming no matter what and am calling dibs on the bed in the loft again. As far as a date I am sure the later in the year the safer we will be from poor weather. Just my 2 cents. Rain and cold will put the brakes on an otherwise spectacular event and I for one do not mind the heat.

So is that a preference to June? I'll be off for memorial day I'm pretty sure but the last time we did memorial day weekend everyone hated it cause of the traffic. I wonder how memorial day would be for Randy?

If I remember right we did an April gig once and It was friggin COLD at night. Or am I thinking of the October one?

Anyway, more summer is better for me due to my wandering ways this year. I vote for June.

As toe said, I'll be there whenever you decide to have it (other than the weekend of may 12). I'd like to stay away from late april since I have a lot going on early may. Memorial Day weekend would be fine, but traffic does suck vacuumously to and from your place, plus many cops about on the interstate. June appears to be wide open for me. July is getting close to motogp weekend, just food for thought.

I will be there any day up to and including Memorial day. But that weekend is about as late as I can make it. I hope to have my own tent to take along with me seeing as i will be living on the road for about a month. I am getting pumped. I think I need to pee now.

ok. that's enough voting for me. memorial day weekend it is. It pushes it back to decent weather. I'll be getting an extra day off I think. It works for Terri. And like brooks said july is GP time. I'd like to be able to have some buffer between the two. the traffic will just make you appreciate the riding day we have on saturday!

Jake said it's ok with him. He's getting pretty close to finishing it. Maybe we will have some heat out there by then, but end May shouldn't be too bad for night temps.
