OK onother r/r problem , I road bike to work and it would not start, speedo jumping around when I hit the brakes. I push started it and got home.9volt at the batt. When I got up this morning I tested it again after a charge and its putting out 14v. Do they go out intermittently like that ,or do you think I might have other issues?
