Bought used 2004 VFR ABS. Service manual, but no owner's manual.

Please advise on dampening adjustment with the knob. How are clicks calibrated? Low side, high side, approx pounds load per click...

    Thanks.

PS If you have a spare owners manual or know where I can get one, please let me know.

I think if you look on the download area you can find the manual. Also if you use the search option there is info on how to set up your sag.

There is posts on how to set the sag and this is a 2 man operation and is used to set up your suspension.

But if I add say about 30 pounds of gear how many clicks should i put on and then take off for that day ride rather than constant reseting all of the peramiters.

If if picking up a passanger how many clicks should i add...

I would be intrested in this information.
