Power Problems

    I have a 90 VFR 750 and have some power problems, for starters is only doing 105 MPH @10,000 RPM and not pulling really hard. The bike sat for about 3 yrs, so I pulled the carbs apart and cleaned, replaced slow and fast jet and had them timed at the shop. I also replaced fuel filter. Anyone have any idea's.
