Hi I'm new to this forum. I was wondering if anyone has fitted a pc v to their bike. I have staintune mufflers & K&N filter. Does it make much difference to the bike & is it worth the cash. Thanks.

I installed a PCV on my first 2007 in order to eliminate the slow speed stumbling issue that occurs around the 25-35 MPH range. I am now on my 2nd 2007 which is bone stock right now and it too has the same issue, so I currently have another PCV on order. With the PCV, the fueling issue with the 6th Gen is corrected and the bike does run flawlessly. For this, it is worth the money. However, if the bike did not have the stumbling issue, then I probably would not have spent the money.

I used the stock map that I downloaded from Dyno Jet's website. They also provide other maps for the most common modifications - exhaust, air filter, etc. If you need a map, getting a custom map is the best option. If you can't get that done, then you can buy the AutoTune module. I have a PCV on our Spyder and since I could not get a custom map, I used the closet map I could find from Dyno Jet and installed the AutoTune module.
