I'm not saying anything bad about the product, just the service.

After one month and a few phone calls to prod them, my order has finally shipped..... No explanation, no apologies, just poor service. So, just a word of advice for anyone dealing with them to stay on top of your order.

An OLD thread but worthy of a reply - when Wes purchased his Convertibars, the owner of the business had unexpectedly died without a will or succession plan in place. Employees, friends and family attempted to carry on but the probate process took +/- one year. Death is bad enough but no will made this a mess.

I hope you feel like the Convertibars were worth the hassle!
