The spark plug caps on my 85 vf550f are getting in bad shape and I'm having a hard time figuring out what options I have available as in do I make my own wires with new caps or are new wires with caps still available? I could easily make my own wires but the problem I'm having is determining exactly what NGK caps to use. I basically want to get the right parts the first time so could any of you give me any part #'s that i should be looking for?

    550f? I need pictures!

It's not a big deal. Take an old wire into NAPA and they'll hook you up with the right pieces to make new wires. You'll reuse the plastic cap and washer that attaches the wire to the coil.
