I am having major problems with electrical problems on my wife's VFR 2003. I have had it to the bike repair shops three times now, have done the fix on the ground wire and replaced the 30 amp fuse holder and wire. No Joy.

Please help me find a site that does wiring harnesses. I am in South Africa so I know that I will have to bring one in from overseas.

    Thanks all

I just talked to my local dealership, they said they would fix the recall on the wiring for free. I'm not even having any issues with my bike.....yet. You might want to look into that, or if somehow can get a free harness to put in from Honda.

Honda South Africa is not even acknowledging that there is a problem.

    Eish, I see problems coming

Thanks Bubba, looks like he knows his stuff and seeing as how we are going to have to fix this problem without Honda SA's help, this is probably the way to go.

Yeah, I never thought I'd be learing "How to Become Your Own Motorcycle Electrician", but owning a VFR will do that to you!

Glad I could help and let us know how you make out!
